Processing & measurements for custom clothing

Policy

Once your order status shows it has been DELIVERED, you will have 5 business days to contact us if there is ANY issues. After that we can not make any accommodations. 

We DO NOT offer refunds NOR exchanges since all items are either by the order or pre-made.  Especially when the fabric has been purchased.

For Custom Outfits: You will either have to send us your measurements or come to us in person to get your measurements done for custom outfits. We will NOT begin on your order until measurements are sent and an CLEAR agreement has been completed about your order via EMAIL for records purposes. 

Please view the sizing page to see our sizing that we go by for all items we make, you can also go by that if you can not come or send in your measurements. 

 

Processing Timeframe:

 

Orders are processed in the order they're received. Orders will take a max of 10 business days to be created. If you need a rush fee, you can either purchase it through the site with your order or you can message us at: calncynco@gmail.com to receive an invoice to pay for your rush fee.

Once your order is placed 1-2 business days will have to go by FIRST to make sure your funds are cleared on our end AND the bank's end before we are able to get started.

For Pick up orders: When you checkout using the pickup option, this does NOT mean that you can get your items SAME DAY nor NEXT DAY, all items are different and unless notified to get your item right then, you MUST WAIT until you receive an email via the site etc. notifying you that you can pick up your order.
